I Am Sam(2001)

A mentally retarded man fights for custody of his 7-year-old daughter, and in the process teaches his cold-hearted lawyer the value of love and family.

The movie is way too bittersweet. The movie has some totally unbelievable and over-the-top sweet and moralistic moments in it. The movie its intentions were good but it simply tries too hard to be emotional and dramatic in almost every aspect. The ending was also totally lame and left an incredibly bad aftertaste and was completely unsatisfying.

I Am Sam is a great movie that deals with marginalized people in our society and how they're treated. It's a very realistic portrayal. I watched it with my 13 year old daughter and it alternately made us cry, got us angry and caused us to laugh uncontrollably.

wow wow what a nice story these film it might be.I really like to watch these movie by knowing all the information about these movie so thanks to every friend for sharing it.

SAM is no where near to make this movie block buster, lame movie , wasting time on this will be fololishness

this film is awesome concept even if he is mentally retarded he knows the meaning of love and at last he convey message that important of family and love.thanks for sharing this movie.
