The movie takes its time picking up, as we get to know the anti-social Nash and his lifestyle. When the symptoms of an illness become apparent, we haven't seen the worst by far. There is no action or danger that would draw you into A Beautiful Mind. On the contrary, this movie is the dramatic story of an economic genius whom we get to know.
