can anybody suggest me?

I have not yet worked in micro workers because i don't know proper rules and regulations of micro workers. So, can any body suggest me to get rid from this problem.

oh! that's simple job. All you need to do is create an account in mic********* activate it by clicking the link they have sent you in your email address. Then you need to complete the available jobs to you properly and send them the required proof.

Yeah friend i have already create an account. I know how to select the job. But the problem is that i don't know how to do it. that means how to get reputation? i heard that after 20 days we can't work there.

If you submit more than 5 wrong proof, the reputation goes below the 75% and you cannot submit more jobs after then. But after some days you are able to do more jobs again.

yes you need to do jobs correctly. If you have any doubt about the job you have done, don't submit it otherwise you will decrease your reputation. Its better to understand the job first and only decide whether to do it or not. May be you are in confusion about forum posting. I am too confused and most of other users too.
