How can you teach yourself to juggle a soccer ball 100 or more times in just a week or two?

I would like to play on the high school soccer team but i have never played before except for when i was about five or six years old, when they only things that mattered were speed and strength and basic dribbling ability. I used to be pretty good but those old skills obviously have little to no use in a game at the level i would play now.
