excuse me sir the links which are available in the PR3 does not open when we click it. how does it happen please sir tell us about it? some links open but it also do not work properly. what can we do for it?

Just copy it and paste at your browser it will open. Copy it from starting i.e http:.......to end i.e. to....com. It will surely open and if it still do not work then leave it do not waste your time and try another job.
