i have been trying to get 1/10 for my blogs page rank but am no able to. I have not logged into yahoo answers account for quite a few days now and am still in level 2 ; has this anything to do with our page ranking being N/A.

keep regularly updated with your blogs.
Publish at least one post daily.
Posting your link at yahoo answers also can be helpful.
keep submitting to search engines.
