about ved discussion board

I want to ask you, can any students other than students who had joined Ved international participate in this Ved discussion board? or you have to be a Ved student?

Only the members of Ved will be paid in Nepal, beside that we are not liable for earning made by other users rather than Ved members.

So if you have any queries then feel free to contact Ved International team, and I hope they will support you and regarding the payment system only the ved International member will get paid either its from domestic or international. If the ved international will go in loss if the extra man added and do the work. If the people do same type activities then we can't get satisfaction and we are in loss so beside that ved international shouldn't be paid to him or her.
