1. how to get eligibilty Ihave tried but nothing happens please tellme step by step rules for it

2. i have forgotton how much i requested payment the last i requested it so dont know how much to put it in to request payment anybody i cant find my payment proofs or the requested payments posts HELP

u will get automatically elligible banner if not after one moth of joining u have to contact to admin or ved office.

You seem to be a old member friend and even though you havent got the eligible banner? I think you should contact with the ved office personally.

and also in the announcement secton there is given the elligible banner u can applied that link to get elligible.

Yes I recommend you to quickly get the eligible banner otherwise you wont get payment for this month.
