Saving Private Ryan

The movie is about a group of US soldiers who go behind enemy lines to retrieve a paratrooper whose brothers have been killed in action. It was directed by Steven Spielberg.

the scene in the middle of the film (where the soldiers charge after a target of opportunity) struck me as dumb and unnecessary. The main character became uncharacteristically arrogant at this point, and the scene overall felt out-of-place. I almost suspect that it could have been removed from the film completely.

Yes definitely this is a good war movie. I recommend this movie to all war movie lover. This movie shows the real face of war. And tells how life's had been worthless during world war 2.

This is one of my best film of all time . I have watched this film for more than 20 times . I like the story of this film very much . Finally I would to thank to the director, producer, actors, etc. for making this film.

Its really a new movie to me ... I don't think I have heard this film or i have watched it before . . . Well thank you so much for sharing that thread with us in this forum.
